For this recipe you will need:
* pumpkin (peeled and sliced) - 500g
* mushrooms (finely chopped) - 3 pcs.
* butter - 50g
* garlic (crushed) - 2 cloves
* oregano (chopped) - 1 tbsp
* parsley (chopped) - 1 tbsp
For the dough:
* olive oil - 3 tbsp
* Milk - 150 ml
* Egg - 2 pcs.
* cheese (grated) - 75g
* flour - 75g
* baking powder - 1 tsp
Preheat oven to 200C. Grease a low baking dish or two small forms. Stir in pumpkin and mushrooms in a baking dish, roll in butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 15 minutes until brown. While still hot add the garlic and herbs.
Mix ingredients for dough in a blender or whisk; season. Pour into prepared pan, put the stuffing and bake for 25-30 minutes.
