Brazilian cuisine: How to cook Brazilian Salsa


For the recipe you need:

    * Avocados - 1 pc.
    * Lime Juice - 1 pc.
    * Salt - 1 / 4 tsp
    * Yellow onion - 1 pc.
    * Tomato - 2 pcs.
    * Sweet green pepper - 1 pc.
    * White wine vinegar - 1 / 4 cup
    * Coriander chopped - 2 tbsp
    * Olive oil (extra) - 2 tbsp
    * Chilli peppers - 2 pcs.
    * Garlic - 1 clove
    * Flour - 2 tbsp
    * Heart of palm, canned - 2 cans (about 800g)

vegetable oil - 3 tbsp for the Creole Seasoning:

    * Paprika - 2.5 tbsp
    * Salt - 2 tbsp
    * Garlic powder - 2 tbsp
    * Black pepper - 1 tablespoon
    * Onion powder - 1 tablespoon
    * Cayenne pepper - 1 tbsp. l.
    * Oregano - 1 tbsp
    * Thyme - 1 tablespoon

In a small saucepan combine sliced avocados with lime juice and salt. In another bowl, combine sliced vegetables with vinegar and spices and leave for half an hour.

Heart of palm Roll in flour with added Creole seasoning (1 / 2 tsp), and fry in oil until crispy and browned. Cooled core cut into small pieces and put in dish, cover the vegetables and add the avocado.
