Braised Collard

For this recipe you will need:



* Bacon - 4 slices
* Water - 2 cups
* Collard - 450g
* sugar, salt.




Thin slices of bacon, fried to a crispy state. In boiling water put Collard, add salt and sugar and cook until the leaves soften. Ready Collard dry and sprinkle with bacon. If there is no Collard (kale, neobrazuyuschaya of head), then you can use spinach or Brussels sprouts.
