For this recipe you will need:
* red beans boiled - 1 cup
* meat products (optional meat tenderloin, smoked poultry, pork, chorizo sausage) - 200g
* onion - 2-3 onions
* Garlic - 4 cloves
* tomato paste - 2 tbsp
* Red Wine - 200ml
* Tobasco sauce, chili, black pepper, salt, dried oregano, olive oil - to taste
Finely chopped onion, garlic, chop in a processor or put through a press. Meats cut into cubes, the size of slightly larger beans. In a deep pan with thick bottom to pour olive oil, warm it and add the onion and garlic. Fry several minutes, then put the meat pieces. Fry for 5-7 minutes, then add the tomato paste and fry again slightly. Pour the red wine, add the cooked beans, season to taste with spices and boil for some time over low heat for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
