For this recipe you will need:
* Brazilian palm - 3 tbsp
* onion - 1 pc.
* Garlic - 3 cloves
* Ginger - 1 tbsp
* Chile - 4 small pieces.
* Tomatoes - 6 pcs.
* juice of two limes
* shrimp meat - 1 / 3 cup
* cashew nuts or peanut butter - 1 / 3 cup
* chicken broth - 2 cups
* Coconut milk - 2 cups
* coriander leaves - half a small beam
* salt - 1 tsp
* Tabasco sauce to taste
* Fish fillets - 900g
* meat cooked shrimp and dried - 450g
Serving:
* a few sprigs of coriander and 2 limes, cut into slices.
In a large saucepan, heat the palm oil and fry the onion, garlic, ginger and chilli for 10 minutes. Then add tomatoes, lime juice, minced dried shrimp meat and peanut butter. Fry everything for 1 minute. Gradually add chicken broth. To the resulting thick mixture add the coconut milk and other spices.
At the bottom of a deep frying pan pour some oil and put the fish fillets. Pan, put on a moderate fire and when the oil is warmed, add the fish with the mixture. Simmer about 8 minutes in the second third of the cooking add the shrimp meat. Ready soup with chunks of fish decompose on plates and garnish with slices of lime and coriander.
