Brazilian shrimp mukeka

For this recipe you will need:

* Prawns - 1kg
* onion - 1 pc.
* sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
* olive oil - 4 tbsp
* lemon juice - 1 tbsp
* salt, pepper and cilantro - to taste
* parsley (green), allspice - to taste
* coconut milk - 1 cup.

Dish is cooked in a clay pot. In a pot put the peeled raw shrimp, and cut into thin rings of onion and green pepper. All sprinkle with lemon juice, olive oil, add salt and pepper. In the middle of the pot put a sweet pepper. A pot left on for 30 minutes, the ingredients are soaked with marinade. Then sprinkle them with palm oil and put the pot on low heat.

Simmer under a tightly sealed lid (you can just cover with foil to a tasty pair did not leave) from 10 to 15 minutes or until peppers are tender. Then pour coconut milk, bring to a boil, sprinkle with chopped herb and serve.
