For this recipe you will need:
* Potatoes - 500g
* processed cheese - 125g
* vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
* Milk - 125g
* cream - 45g
* lemon juice - 1 / 2 cup
* black pepper (ground), salt - to taste.
Cheese, butter, milk and cream thoroughly grind to obtain a homogeneous mass. Then gently reheat, add lemon juice and pepper heavily. Potatoes cooked in their skins, peel, cut in half and pour prepared sauce. Serve with green salad.
