Chicken timbale with ham

For this recipe you will need:



* chicken (boiled) - 200g
* Ham - 200g
* Bechamel Sauce - 200g
* cheese - 3 tablespoons
* pepper, salt - to taste
* lemon zest - 1 / 3 tsp




Chicken and ham through a meat grinder, add the bechamel sauce and pepper. Fireproof dish greased and put into it a lot. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put bake for 30 minutes on a moderate flame. Pierce a match: if it stays dry - the dish is ready.

Ready timbale carefully with a knife, separate from the edges of the dish and put it on a dish. Serve with mashed potatoes and tomato sauce.
