For this recipe you will need:



* black beans - 1 / 2 cup
* dried meat (diced) - 500g

* garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp

* flour - 1 tbsp

* wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
* bay leaf - 1 pc.
* salt - to taste.




Beans, soak overnight in cold water. The next day, drain the water, beans, pour fresh water and boil until cooked.
