For this recipe you will need:
* white beans - 1 cup
* shrimp (peeled and rinsed) - 500g
* tomatoes (skinless) - 5 pcs.
* Onions - 2 pcs.
* sweet pepper - 1 / 2 pcs.
* apple (green) - 1 pc.
* Garlic - 2 cloves
* olive oil - 3 tbsp
* bay leaf - 1 pc.
* black pepper (ground), salt - to taste.
Boil the beans with bay leaf until tender. Onions, garlic, peppers and tomatoes are finely chopped. Heat oil, salt and pepper, put the garlic and fry. Add the onion and fry until golden brown, put the tomatoes and stew. Then add the peppers, put out a few minutes at the end of the fighting put the diced apple and combine vegetables with pre-cooked shrimp.
