Tacos in Brazilian

For this recipe you will need:



* beef (mincemeat) - 700g
* onion - 1 pc.
* garlic, salt - to taste
* chili (powder) - 1 tsp
* cumin - 1 / 2 tsp
* tomato sauce - 1 / 2 cup
* Flatbread - 6 pcs.




Put the beef in a heavy skillet and fry over medium heat, stirring to separate the formed clumps into small pieces. Drain off excess fat. Again, put the pan on the stove and add the onion and garlic. Stirring occasionally, sauté them over medium heat for 5 minutes until soft. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Continue cooking over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Arrange the meat mixture on tortillas. Serve with grated cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream. Instead of tortillas, you can use pita bread or cook them from unleavened dough thickness of about 1 cm
