For this recipe you will need:
* Oysters - 20 pcs.
* Bacon - 4 slices
* Onions (finely chopped) - 1 pc.
* Potatoes (diced) - 4 pcs.
* Milk - 1.5 cups
* sour cream (or cream) - 3 tbsp
* olive oil - 3 tbsp
* parsley (finely chopped parsley) - 1 tbsp. l.
* black pepper (ground), salt - to taste.
Oysters pour two glasses of cold water, which will be used for cooking soup, and reveal their wings.
In a saucepan heat oil and fry the bacon, then add the onion and fry it until golden brown. Remove bacon. In a pot pour the water from the oysters and 1 cup water, bring to a boil, put the potatoes and boil for 5 minutes until half of potatoes.
Pour the hot milk, put sour cream or cream, stir and quickly bring to a boil, add salt, add the oysters (they are placed in the least, as they should cook for 3 minutes or less), bacon, bring to a boil and pepper, sprinkle with herbs and serve to the table in a hot or cold.
