For this recipe you will need:
* chicken (large) - 1 / 2 pcs.
* rice - 1 cup
* Onions (finely chopped) - 1 pc.
* carrots (diced) - 1 pc.
* potatoes (peeled and diced) - 1 pc.
* tomatoes (peeled and seeds, finely chopped) - 1 pc.
* garlic (finely chopped) - 3 cloves
* parsley (finely chopped green) - 2 tbsp
* olive oil - 4 tbsp
* Water - 2.5 L
* salt - to taste.
Rub the chicken 1 clove garlic, comminuted with salt. The remaining garlic, fry in oil until golden brown. Then add the chicken and fry it well until golden brown, stirring occasionally. After this, put carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and pour 1 gallon of water. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Add remaining water, rice, salt and cook until cooked rice.
Then put the parsley, cover and remove from heat. Serve hot. Chicken can be removed from the soup and serve separately.
