How delicious to save on food


There are days when you have to economize. I've often these days are coming, when to pay the remaining weeks. These days you can quiet down in terms of buying anything, but not food. For such "unexpected", but in fact the regular cases, I have a strategic reserve recipes, which require simple, inexpensive products.

So: spaghetti with sauce, stew.

Prepare sauce.

Onions, carrots and all that is available from vegetables (tomatoes, Bulgarian pepper, zucchini, peppers green beans, cauliflower), cut, or three on a coarse grater, fry in vegetable oil, salt.

Tastier would happen if everyone chopping vegetables and fried separately and then together put in a deep pan.

Next, the pan fried vegetables to lay out (again, that is) or overcooked ground beef (it will be enough and a couple of tablespoons, but if there are more, put more), or sausage, cooked sausage or boiled meat from broth, pre-cut. Adding a separate pair of tablespoons of tomato paste fried or pouring half a glass of tomato juice with (if any), season with your favorite spices and stew all minutes 7. The resulting stew-sauce spread on boiled spaghetti.

In addition to spaghetti, as a side dish, you can use buckwheat or rice. Depending on your preferences, a sauce, stew can be made thicker (evaporated the excess fluid to cut vegetables or large pieces) or thinner (when extinguishing add more water or tomato juice).

If the house is so "Roll the ball" that no taverns and tomatoes, and even more wieners not yet in sight, just over-roasted onions and carrots, we spread them in a pan small pasta such as "whiskers" or "shell" (or, as it is now called, "penne"), stir, it warms all together - and on the table. This is what I dish in "good" time to add more chopped chicken, which at first browned, then add to onion and carrot. Favorite dish! Try!

A spaghetti I have learned to buy boxes of 10 or 13 kilograms, so I have them always available, even to pay even a whole week.

Even in such here "thrifty" days I bake pancakes and do them different toppings:

1. Chop into small pieces boiled eggs mixed with chopped green onions, which was previously little wooden ceiling tolkushkoy and obol some hot melted butter. This is to remove the bitterness from the bow.

2. Finely chopped fresh cabbage zharyu until soft. The following may be added separately fried onions (or green, or onions), chopped boiled eggs or grated cheese. If none of that, just with cabbage, too delicious.

3. Mashed potatoes. I do it the same way as an ordinary mashed potatoes for garnish, but a little thicker, and be sure to add in the mashed fried onions. Fried onion adds a special taste of mashed potato, which is ideal for stuffing stuffed pancakes.

4. If there is a bit of dried apricots and raisins, then steamed them, I cut the pieces of dried apricots in addition the size of a raisin - get a sweet filling for pancakes. In the "good" times in a stuffing add chopped walnuts.
