Brazilian cuisine: How to cook fish bread "Pao de peixe"


For the recipe you need:

    * Fish fillet - 800g
    * Breadcrumbs - 120g
    * Melted butter - 100g
    * Shnitt, onion, parsley - 1 large bundle
    * Salt and black pepper - to taste
    * Juice of 2 lemons
    * Baking powder - 2 tbsp
    * Vegetable oil for lubrication and odorless form

All the ingredients to grind, mix, resulting dough put in a heat-resistant rectangular shape, pre-greased. Form to put in preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes at 220 °. Give bread to cool, remove from the mold and cut into pieces. Serve as an appetizer with white wine.
