Fish Bread (Pao de peixe)

For this recipe you will need:



* fish fillet - 800g
* breadcrumbs - 120g
* softened butter - 100g
* chives, parsley - 1 large bundle
* salt, black pepper - to taste
* juice of 2 lemons
* baking powder - 2 tbsp
* vegetable oil for lubrication and odorless form




Chop all ingredients, mix, resulting lay out the dough into a rectangular form heat-resistant, pre-oiled. Form to put in the preheated oven and bake about 35 minutes at 220S. Give the bread to cool, remove from the mold and cut into chunks. Serve as an appetizer with white wine.
