Rice with cashew nuts (Arroz com castanha de caju)

For this recipe you will need:



* long grain rice - 900g
* onions - 2 onions
* Garlic - 4 cloves
* chives, parsley - 1 tablespoon
* butter - 3 tbsp
* ground beef - 250g
* Pork mince - 250g
* tomatoes - 250g
* boiled ham - 100g
* seedless raisins - 100g
* green peas (fresh or canned) - 400g
* cashew nuts - 200g
* grated parmesan cheese - 3 tablespoons
* Salt and pepper to taste




Cook the rice crisp. In a frying pan fry the onions in butter, chives and parsley, add mince and slices of tomato, from which the pre-charged skin. Salt and pepper to taste. Leave a stew with the lid closed on low heat for 20 minutes.

Add to rice stewed beef, raisins, bacon, cashews and peas, mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and let stand for several minutes on the already disabled, but still a hot plate.

Put the cooked rice onto a large platter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
