Ampanada (meat pies)

For this recipe you will need:



For dough:

* Flour - 100g
* Butter - 450g
* Egg (yolk) - 4 pcs.
* Milk - 50g
* salt - to taste

for stuffing:

* Beef - 450g
* Butter - 250g
* Onions - 200g
* peppers (sweet powder) - 30g
* flour - 25g
* Broth - 100g
* Water - 100g
* Egg - 2 pcs.
* grapes, olives - to taste
* hot pepper (ground), salt - to taste.




Flour, butter, egg yolks, milk and salt to combine thoroughly stir with a wooden spoon, wrap the dough in a towel and leave until the next day. Finely chop the meat, onions and grind to put all cooking. Then add bell pepper, flour, diluted with water or broth, season and chill.

Roll out the dough, cut circles, each put a spoonful of minced meat, 2 grape berries, a circle of hard-boiled egg, olives, sformovat patties and place them in a hot oven for 5-6 minutes.
