Salad 'Pampas'

For this recipe you will need:



* Cabbage (red) -1 / 2 pcs.
* onion - 1 pc.
* pudding (boiled) - 150g
* Pickled vegetables - 100g
* wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
* Onions (green) - 1 bunch
* smoked bacon - 150g
* salt, black pepper (ground) - to taste.




Cabbage cut into sticks, onion rings. Fry the bacon in its own fat and remove from the pan. In the bacon fat from the sauté onion, add cabbage and chopped green onions, season with salt and pepper and simmer until the cabbage is tender. Finely chop the sausage and pickled vegetables. All mix, season with vinegar, put on a plate and sprinkle with fried bacon. Decorate with lace parsley.
