For this recipe you will need:
* Beef - 1kg
* Corn flour - 2 cups
* Milk - 1 liter
* butter - 1 tablespoon
* onions - 4 pcs.
* parsley (green) - 1 / 2 cup
* green onion - 1 / 2 cup
* salt - to taste.
Beef cut into large chunks and place in pan fat part down, add onion and fry until cooked on high heat (not too long that the meat does not become tough). The meat is then removed and put into a saucepan butter, flour, stir, pour the milk, salt and cook, stirring, and avoiding formation of lumps. If the porridge is too thick, add more milk. Serve porridge with meat, parsley and green onions.
